HINTERLAND / PROJET AVATAR
Hinterland - trio / contemporary, discovery
Hinterland joins with the composer Damien Charron to play “Avatar”, for saxophone trio. Extended, put in space, the original piece is confronted with improvisations on sound sculptures.
Biography
Hinterland was created by 3 saxophonists, Nathalie Villedieu Afchain, Perig Le Cadre and Laurent Matheron. According to the projects the group, flexible, is transformed, extends and opens to other musicians. A single constant: present with passion and requirement a contemporary music to be rediscovered.
